Not a Ban Appeal

Hello, this is Cormierre (by the same name in BC2).

Yesterday, I received a server ban due to recruiting in a DDD server;
I don't really seek an appeal as it was a fair ban.

I kind of have a favorites list full of clanless servers, so while
I'm waiting for my credit card to launch to order one myself, I
sometimes go onto the pubs and play, while keeping an eye on and
inviting potential recruits.

I think a misclick might have sent me into your clan server in-place of another favorite;
I probably should have looked for a MoTD script line or something before
jumping the gun on recruitment.

Not really a good excuse, but I want to establish that I am quite sorry for that and I don't mean any hostility to DDD or it's members.

Take care

~ Cormierre

~ Cormierre, you must be new to this business. Kinda hard to miss the fact that you were playing on a DDD server. But I'll accept your excuse. I'll let you in on a little secret, all servers are paid for by someone or some group and don't like anyone coming into their server and recruiting.
It takes more than a credit card to start a server, populate a server and keep it populated. Have you ever thought of asking your bank for a debit card?
But I have a deal for you. You can rent an already populated server and put it anywhere in the world you want and will not gray out from players list if it's moved.
Just go to the "All Servers" list and search for Leetservers. See for yourself. The server is full atm. You can then see if you have what it takes to keep the server populated. That server has a huge following and won't be hard to keep populated. If you can't keep that server populated, it just means you wouldn't be able to get one off the ground in the first place.
Good luck!
