I play quite alot during the night and some times there is just not the admins around. I think finding people who play round the clock would be a good idea as then the room is never without admins.
And as was sed before to make sure admins are being fair they should be watched for a certen amount of time (like a trial) to see how they get on.
If they are found to be unfair or kicking people for no reason then there admin rights should be tacken away.

And your idea for searching admins is really good because we have to much rulebreakers during the time where no admin is on!!!
I think Jake and Reagan have to speak about it!!!
