1.The Records Unit: includes several staff members who serve as the first point-of-contact for citizens who visit Clan Kill All Headquarters (www.gametracker.com/clan/cka) or visit one our CKA Servers (*cka* battlefeild)-(*cka*brutalforce).

2.Community Service Officers: are a responsive unit, which utilizes several non-sworn officers that handle a myriad of duties such as: recruitment, Filin reports for admin abuse, special events; processing Paper Work for Banned Members, CSOs also handle some code enforcement and represent the Clan at Special Master code hearings.

- Special Master code hearings: If a Admin is Demoted or banned and Would like to Plead a case for Reenrollment and or to get there Admin level Back they will Report to this Hearing

- Investigative and Specialized Services Division:
The Criminal Investigations Unit is the investigative arm of the Secret Service, consisting of Abuse analysis, criminal Admin investigations, major case investigations, the Property and Evidence unit, and the Victim Advocate Program.

The Victim Advocate Program began with funding from a Victims of Crime Act grant in 2008 by *CKA*BlackFlame*cka* . The Victim Advocate provides aid, referrals and support to victims of Server Hacking,Personal Computer hacking,


The Community Outreach Unit is a combination of both sworn and civilian personnel who work together to provide a variety of services and programs to the Enemy territory community such as Admin training, Community relations.

These are Clan Officers and Non Officers who Have Idea on how the Clan can be inproved. So that we can Be Number 1 in Vistor Happyiness
