After several warnings, he continued to steal my Devolarium cargos whilst using cloak.

Another EIC who uses cloak to steal allied cargos. I have yet to warn him, but if you notice it, please make a log so his offenses can be noted.

Name: *super*man*
Is controlled by a VRU account known as Parker89, with whom I had a lengthy argument because he was unhappy at being shot down in 2-1. He uses the *super*man* account to blast down top-right of top-right portal 2-2. I have spotted him doing this on two seperate occasions, and this is of course a violation of the terms and conditions of Dark Orbit. He also has a big mouth on him.
