Okay, hopefully you've come here because you either wanted to join ECU from seeing our banner on our server, or an Officer has invited you to join. Either way, here is some information about being a member of ECU:

You must create a GameTracker Account to join the clan. Don't bother going to the Steam page; we don't even monitor it anymore, as GameTracker is much more convenient.

Once you apply to join the clan (and accepted), you will have a rank. Dependign on who you are, your rank will change. Here are the details of the rank groups. For more information, go to 'A Word on the Ranks' thread for detailed descriptions of each rank.

In the GENERAL MEMBER group, you will not have any responsibilities or commitments to the clan, except for a a scheduled clan war or other event.

In the OFFICER group, you will have a general commitment to occasionally monitor the servers while Admins are gone. You will also be involved in ECU a lot more, for example you may raise a topic for members to consider (A new server or a new site etc.)

In the ADMIN group, you will have a commitment of monitoring the servers whenever you are free. You will probably receive a roster of when you have to monitor the server, or a word from an Admin.
