This is childish, I am very disappointed with the behavior of our apparently "senior members" as of late. This whole thing needs to be solved, and K$ is starts with you;

You need to recognize the responsibility that comes with a level 8. You have no respect for superiors, you act as if you have authority over me. You expect a high level, mind you 8 is high, even though you left the clan. I am tired of this, if you are going to leave the clan, do NOT use it as a threat. You are severing very valuable connections here.

If you do however intend to staying in the clan, I am glad. However, your lack of respect and overall unprofessional ways of recruiting need some serious fine-tuning. We spectate new recruits, regardless of whether on not we watch them or not. It makes us look trashy if we don't. All members receive level 4, NOT 3. You can no longer demand levels, or privileges added to those levels. Most of all your lack of respect toward me is something that will be changed. Do not ask every player who walks in if they want recruited, those worthy of recruitment will ask themselves. You need to abide by this, because you can not seem to develop any sort of professionalism.

Moving on to you Death, you have been active, and you have been recruiting. Keeping up with those recruits as well. I give you many props for that. However, the levels will be adjusted by me on the JAYMOD server as closely according to other FBO standards as possible. Also, promotions and demotions of users level 8 and up will be forbidden until further notice. Although I can see why you made the demotion you should have came to me and readbtween, ESPECIALLY READBTWEEN, about the situation at hand. Higher level admins are the responsibility of the hierarchy.

Should irresponsible behavior persist, positions will be stripped, and others members will receive your position. If no other user is found suitable, the servers WILL be shut down.

I hate wht DeathStars do, evry time him demote me for my lvl ( 8 ) and now him give the level to a NEW member, him say i wont you in this server but him isn't the LEADER i want to BAN him but i can't and him direspect your desition. Tht desition is make me lvl 8 but him direspect tht. Him can't say me wht 2 do. if him don't want me in server isn't my problem but if him Kick or Ban me just like him do today i will LEAVE because tht are Bans And Kicks whitout reason.

U want saw my screenshots???sure u do nothing...warned 4 time for rename,he make again,for this reason demoted,and other,he is recruiter in slaugher,fix lvl for each server and lvl of other fbo server...

WARNED only 2 times, 3 times = DEMOTE, u don't know how be a OWNER u don't know how be ADMIN. And why i only must have lvl 8 in 1 server ? why i can't have lvl 8 in all FBO servers give me a REASON.
