Imagine an active view of perspectives and leadership intertwined with reality and understanding. FtL isn't a refuge for Christian or family gamers. Its a Clan for Christians to actually ACT. Counter-strike doesn't need another Church of believers, its needs missionaries. We need to act as a light in a dark community like CS, but its not just about being a light, Its about how that light is shown. Take that light and shine it, we dont need to keep it to ourselves and make a community of light to be with light. We need to shine that light in dark places and make the dark see us clearly. We are soldiers going full force into CS. We are like marines and how they dominate where they go, not like the UN that hides until opportunities come to them. We make the opportunities and we actively peruse relationships so to offer the more precious gift of Christ, Salvation and relationship with him. Now-a-days when someone logs into a Christian Server there are a few things you're promised to see. -The words "Please Watch Your Language This is a Christian Server" spammed across the screen at least 5 times before the gagging mod takes place for inappropriate language. Come one, CS players aren't cows they are real people and we shouldn't expect Non-Believers to act like Christians. Cuz you know what? Christians mess up to. -When someone asks something about Christianity such as "So this is a Christian Server huh?" You either get kicked or told not to mock. I cant even remember how many times Ive been kicked for simply asking that. Look, If we aren't going to learn to deal with being made of and mocked then we shouldn't be proclaiming Christ in our servers. There is a difference between curiosity and mockery.We need to accept we will be attacked and learn how to counter it through ministry not by banning or kicking. Sometimes that's what needs to be done, but there needs to be an effort to preventing it. -Community. Community is a beautiful thing but when most of log onto a server the only community we see are Christians and those they know. Ive never been engaged in conversation in a Christian server unless someone knows me or has a specific interest in my name or personality. As Followers of Christ are we not the ones to personal engage? Sometimes it doesnt happen, the thrill of the game or the unawareness of a new player prevents this but we should be actively seeking that or we shouldn't be proclaiming Christ. Let these words be our cause for example. To learn from these and create a Clan of active Christians.
