This is the initial idea of the formation of the Clan.
When I founded the Clan, were three: |FIT|_Benny, |FIT|_Shev and |FIT|_GAREone (This little play). Soon after came: |FIT|_Manny and |FIT|_Magma.
Are virtually the founding members, and many thanks to Magma and Manny. Helped me a lot in this initial objective of the clan.
No server, we should try to play together. The same team.
We do not have own server, and we are not prepared to have a server itself.
When we own server can even score a game against another clan. So I agree that the best snipers should represent the FIT Team. I stand up to the outside, I am not a sniper TOP. But the game for fun.
I do not agree to expel anyone from the team. We are like a family. In one family a work, other studies, and others are just at home.

Essa é a idéia inicial da formação do Clan.
Quando fundei o Clan, erámos três: |FIT|_Benny, |FIT|_Shev and |FIT|_GAREone (Esse joga pouco). Logo em seguida entraram: |FIT|_Manny ans |FIT|_Magma.
São praticamente os membros fundadores, e agradeço muito ao Magma e ao Manny. Me ajudaram bastante nesse objetivo inicial do clan.
No server, devemos procurar jogar todos juntos. No mesmo team.
Nós não temos servidor próprio, e ainda não estamos preparados para ter um server próprio.
Quando tivermos server próprio poderemos até marcar um jogo contra outro clan. Aí eu concordo que os melhores snipers devem representar o Team FIT. Eu me coloco até de fora, não sou um sniper TOP. Mas jogo por diversão.
Não concordo em expulsar ninguém do team. Somos como uma família. Em uma família uns trabalham, outros estudam, e outros ficam só em casa.
Vamos continuar nos divertindo, essa é a idéia!
É importante termos FITs no TOP do ranking. Mas os que não estiverem, são tão importantes para a família quanto os que estão no ranking.

I really like our slogan

As I see it:
The FITs should play because it's fun.
It does not matter if you got low skill,
the main issue should be activity.

To be member = tryout up to 1000 points.

To stay member we should have a limit of some hours of play/month.
Not active at all in 3 months = spectator
Not active at all in 6 months = retired.

Then when we are at least 30 active members we might think of hiring a server.

For fights against other clans we should have at least 20 full active players.

We could have a test play before each fight to decide who's gonna represent FIT.

i totallyy agree wid magma and benny, we jus need to all stick together incourage all players in clan and the simple rule: more you play the better u will get.

buh magma, as i kinda agreed with benny when i joined the clan that if one day we do have clan fights, that i would not be one of the participation members. but we shall see what lies ahead

Eu concordo Magma, Os membros não tem de ter grandes pontuaçoes, so tem de jogar por diversao, mas jogar regularmente. Se nos organizarmos e começarmos a selecionar bem as pessoas que entram no clan, teremos um clan muito mais activo. Quanto a expulsar os membros que estejam a mais de 6 meses parados (eu não sei), devemos ser um clan unidos, não deixar ninguem para tras. Mas por outro lado concordo, se estao 6 meses parados provavelmente não voltaram, estarao a ocupar um lugar no clan e a baixar a media do nosso clan Quer dizer mas tambem por exemplo com a Vamp que esta inactiva, não gostava nada que ela saisse do clan. Não sei, mas tambem isso não e comigo, o Benny decide eu respeito a decisao dele.
