For those of you who haven't noticed, it seems our whining is starting to pay off. Here's what features have been added lately: - Members are now notified of recently received (unread) PMs from their drop-down menu. - Members are now able to delete PMs from their outboxes too. - Maximum characters limit for posts has been increased from 3900chars to 10000chars. If your post is even bigger and won't fit, the red no accept message that appears in the next page after you hit Submit will display its char-length to let you know how much you need to trim it down. - Ability to quote more than one ppl in the quick reply box. Previously, hitting the "Quote" button at the bottom of any post would simply overwrite the Reply box's content with that post's text making it impossible to address more than one person in a thread without some copy/paste maneuvering. Minor bug: if any text you've written yourself in the Quick Reply box includes new line characters (enters), those will get erased if you use a Quote button afterwards to include more quoted text from that source. - At the clan homepage, clicking on the "Recent Forum Posts" links now sends you to the last added post instead of the beginning of those threads. - Something's up with the text in our News Posts comments too; seems it's all turned into bold now (perhaps they stopped halfway through the process of adding BB codes support in there for all members or something).

Crusha: personally, I can't seem to replicate your frequent relogging problem as my cookie here keeps me logged in day after day whenever I fire up my trusty IE6 (:p) and navigate to any GT page. Perhaps something's wrong on your, like your browser having created two separate cookies for the site by accident which cause interference when read in row. Try looking through your cookies folder and see if that's the case. If so, delete both of them and check if that sorts things out. Another possibility is, it could be some privacy-related browser-specific setting you've toggled that's causing this. Point is, since this is the first I hear of that problem and I've never seen it happen to me, it's not a verified bug yet so it'd be premature to mention it as such. Hmm, never mind, it seems you went ahead and added that anyway. Anyways, I'll see about adding a few more improvements I thought of later tonight.

Lately it got even worse, before it kept my cookies for a few days, but now I have to log in again each time I shut my browser down. Maybe it's because I use BetterPrivacy to delety those bad LSOs, but I can't find anything in it. And I accept cookies only as long as they are valid. Maybe the gametracker-cookies have a very short validity in date, but still keep working after they expired.

Hmm... I just notice that you don't need an extra account, but maybe Peg could post this there anyways, he can formulate it much better than I could.

Maybe Peg can forward this to the thread, as you need an extra account to post there and I don't want to get one just for posting one post there: One more request would be to give the login-cookies a longer validity. The way it is now, you have to repeat the login all few days again. Another way to get around that problem with the data-loss with exceeded post-length would be to open a new page to write the post. If the posting should fail for some reason, then you would just need to click on the back-button in the browser to get back to your written post hopefully. I don't remember correctly if that was possible or not, but when changing the name of a topic, then this should also change the name in the forum-view. Feel free to reformulate these hints with your impressive eloquence. :)
