Currently working on this for now.
People complains about the lag and spam on this map, that needs a change. Since i improved my skills lately, i have the knowledge to improve maps =) What i'm going to do: Other node setup with less nodes. Different no spamm vehicles. Some corridors removing. Improving the map. At this point, i gained 15 - 20 fps more at 1 point. From my testing results 33-36 to 54-57FPS! Suggestions for vehicle layout? |

ofc it's kidna counter-productive to suggest vehicle-swaps when you are about to change the map! that also changes the way vehicles can spam or perform!
regarding the current map layout: remove the ion... actually it is nice since it can really destroy all nodes when in the right hands... but unfortunately "people" (it's hard for me not to call out their names) don't destroy nodes anymore but just respawnspam the corridors or any node they can find - no matter if the node is locker or not. that just sucks. a falcon would be nice to quickly get to a node and do some damage, yet it has low armor... oh and speaking of flyers - remove the damn phoenix and increase the dragon-respawntime! or just replace it with a cicada. we don't need all those lame-ass )o(-vehicles... another (EONS) paladin (which can heal itself!) could also be useful. replace the railguntank with a linkguntank which is by far more useful! remove the cobra. ohhh... and remove the CGV please... definitely not needed here. added (super)shields would also improve the on-foot-performance against all those vehicles I think... it's late and I can't come up with more now... Peg sure has some more passages on his mind on this. I'll pass the torch =P ![]() |
