Could you post the part of the log (without ID), where I can see that bot and Funny's nick? Well, who means that Captain doesn't deserve that ban?

I have to bug you again. I got a problem with Captain'04 (aka BountyHunter BrutalForce JohnnyB C4 mac Ronaldo CHINO...). I believe he's a botter of the smarter sort but I have only circumstancial evidence against him. Next to the suspicious name-switching he does wonders with certain weapons, namely Falcon and Goliath. In spec it looks like he always gets a centered hit without random deviation. He sucks a lot with other weapons, and there is the typical suspicous secondary minigun score.

I don't really doubt that Funny was right about Cap turning to be a nick-stealer because he once stole mine LOL. I simply was curious why he was banned and that's why I asked. But no reason for a ban imo, just kidding around. But team sabotaging shouldn't be his style, I know him for several years now and ok, he sometimes just goes crazy and isn't playing a "straight" match all the time. But ban him for this? Hummm... A kick or a warning should do. On CEONSS, I just had one single player suspecting him to cheat but no proof for this. Ok, this player is the most experienced one of all I know and his opinion shall count, but without proof? Not worth a ban I'd say. Observe and then decide...

Concerning FunnyName: I wasn't and I am not sure that he cheated. I just always wondered about his good aiming skills. I can't definitly interpret this AntiTCC message and wondered why it didn't disconnect him instantly if it detected a cheat.

So how can we distinguish the bad guys from those who accidentially got this. I guess we have no other choice than banning them first and only let them back if they can assure somehow that they did not intentionally cheat.

I will ask Wormbo to do something about this.

Thanks for the info. Funny, owner, Komek and few more have been unbanned. Sorry for that imputation, but it's something new. Funny says that the bots probably came from Linke's That's hot servers, but it's just a suspicion.

I want to ask you to ban Mu_Fo_Ne... not even sure if it should be non-permanent.

reasons:

1) he keeps on insulting other players wish harsh words, not only me. i will take screens next time i see it but yesterday on tyrant i think u saw what i mean..i don't mean all this "nub"-talking... nah that's funny and we all do it...
no i am speaking about the very bad insults which are in german, calling others "fags" for no reason or mocking my profile picture for example... if others just knew what he says there - they would totally be offended. i am certain of this.

2) he keeps on camping for overpowered vehicles on most of the maps.
and i do not mean take them when they happen to spawn - he takes them, gets killed and waits at the respawn place the whole 30secs/90secs/whatever respawn time it is for the specific vehicle

- VALARNA: he EXCLUSIVELY uses the wasp, not letting other teammembers have even the chance to get it, even when they ask to
- OSR-TanksALot: Ion
- Chainsisle2 & Chainsisle-final: Manta
- THI-TripleSlap: Goliath
- Nevermore-TMU: Hurricane
- Minus-TMU: Omnitaur

yes he gets alot of points with those - but 9 out of 10 times he doesnt help his team AT ALL.

so it's not only his pure annoyance and obvious lack of intelligence - he wastes vital ressources for his team and doesn't even think about to let others have their "try" with it.

Another thing: I actually thought we got that behind us long time ago, but lately there are some players who switch to the winning team just before it ends. It's really annoying, that way there is even less a chance for comeback and it's just gitty. I think we should sanction such behavior so that they learn it again. -.-
