Oh, my dear liege, I've never been thinking about some official policy, but there is some similarity in that's what I'm banning for: cheating or trying to crash the server (over 150 cases) and being annoying (mostly in chat), i.e. aggressive to other players or sabotaging own team (ca 3 cases, obviously kicking for that only).

Why do I write here?
Recently, due to problems with our side (which was QUICKLY corrected), my subnet has been banned on the game server firewall.
Despite the fact that according to Foibos network was unban, the result has not changed - the server is still not available for almost a week.
About the fact that the server works, shows the presence of players on the GameTracker`s page.

p.s. I still remember the time when he was only a normal server - ZipCity. After his disappearance all smoothly moved here. And I still remember why some of us in the nickname was a symbol -*-.
For me it would be a great disappointment to leave the server and the players that I remember many years.

You said that the ping does work - I suppose if your IP range remains banned, you even wouldn't be able to ping the server. Isn't it just invisible for you? Have you tried the "Play!" button on our homepage?
