Which map is the worst one? Why it should be removed? Or how to change it?

Def. not the worst maps but what about removing siblings?
Like Grit, Kakmo, Minus or Nevermore who have like 2 variants each - one with one w/o TankMeUp-"Mod". Just a thought.

Starreach is fine. It's just different from other maps. I personally like that, because it would be also boring to play always hardcore ONS-maps (which require teamplay), like ArcticStronghold. Barracks is imho very boring, but it may stay. The Wintertorlan could be removed.
