So what happened:
-Valve brought an update for Portal, which included some radios. If you take them to certain positions in the level, then you can receive weird transitions.
-Some of them are simple morsecode.
-Most of the rest were pictures encoded in SSTV.
-One was the MD5-Hash of a pangram.
-The decoded images contained hints to a number that could be put together to reveal an MD5-Hash that resulted in a number which was an address of a server into which you could log in with the right password and name.
-The name and password were found in one of the morsecodes, well hidden. They revealed this.

And destroying on of the radios gives you this, what sounds like "Get out of me"
