Its called idling, not sure how an idle player would keep you from winning.

talking about mature and dedicated... I'm playing for 3 hours in FUB server, doing an amazing score and now everybody leaves and I can't win the round because of some bogus player someone put there, that don't spawn. His name is Greiner12 and altough I recognize you probably have some reason to put him there, this is ultimately unfair to players like me who just wanted to have some fun, and now can't even win a legit round because of this... shame on this server.
