Seeing as I'm yet to get any reply from e-mail I’m forced to make this more public. All I ask for is a chance to prove I don't cheat. If you would get some skilled players to spec me while I play a few rounds, it would be clear to them that I’m the real deal. I spent over 100 hours on the Pipeline FFA east coast server and an admin who has less then 5 hours can come in and ban me after watching me for a whole 5 minutes????

First I'll address the factual errors and the bias presented by your comments. You have been spec'ed not for 5 minutes, but multiple hours. You say I am not a skilled player - I know I'm not the best but I do know I qualify as skilled. I think you do too. You also don't mention that you repeatedly but not every time brag beforehand that you're going to beat everyone - truly skilled players never do this. It's one of the hacker trademarks. It isn't conclusive...but it's part of the trend.

Let me say I know you have playing skills too. There's no question you can play. Also I do not think you are using aimbot. Even if you were using aimbot, most of them can't be detectd by spec'ing - you probably know this as well as I.

But the 'other side of this story' - prominently missing from your side of this - is that numerous people complain about you no matter which of our servers you play on. Sure, people claim 'hack' all day long - those comments are discounted. I'm talking about comments from numerous Level-55's. But when you win every single time, usually by 3-2 or even 3-1 margins, brag beforehand that you will do that, it is very suspicious.

So after many many games of spec'ing you, a clear trend is displayed. When you know you are being watched - everything is normal. When you are unaware you are being watched - and this has happened to you many times - you play as if you run Wallhack.

The thing about Wallhack - you can't actually spec it either, but, by observing player behaviour, information is nonetheless revealed. You will run to precise points on the map and fire exactly into the right locations. You will not look left or right, you are never attacked from a direction you are not looking - because it seems you already can see from wallhack that no one is coming up behind or from the side.

This is done just too many times, countless times, to be accidental, in my book.

Yes some players, maybe many players, throw nades to spawn points and over time recognize likely places other players will be and will blast as they come round corners and such. But the difference between these players and you, is that they will miss and fire into empty spaces. You never do this. You fire exactly, always, and only, when needed. Again, that's just too coincidental for me.

You presented a very one-side story. When you factor in all the complaints against you, and the other information, it's a different story altogether. Also I have no doubt you won't hack as long as you are being spec'ed - so specing you will ultimately prove nothing.

You must appreciate that hackers are ubiquitous these days, and that you present one of the most compelling cases I've seen.

But the bottom line is that Moose is the Big Dawgg and makes all final calls. It's always his final decision, which I will always abide by, willingly. So if his final determination is that you can stay, cool by me, no more hassles. I would even be glad to apologize if Moose determines that's called for.

Me insulting your skill has to do more with me being angry for being kicked/banned from you and not your actual skill level.
My bragging is usually directed at certain players who can’t beat me so have resorted to calling me various names and insulting my sexuality. “***M$SNIPER*** Oh did I mention he just camps the same spot and spawn kills people with noob tubes. It’s not like I always win either. I do let up from time to time to use the sniper rifles, go pistol only, knife only, c4 only

Most aimbot users who play in pubs don’t try to hide that they cheat. Its only when you play in a competitive league is where cheaters will try to hide it.

Which other gdawgg servers were people complaining about me? I don’t recall playing over an hour or so on anything besides pipeline.

Being cocky doesn’t mean I cheat. You forgot to mention the time I went 60-2 K/D or the time I won using knifes and stun nades only.(I guess I do brag to much) Just because someone is level 55 doesn’t mean they are skilled.

Your right I do play better when I can just play and not have to defend everything I do.

When your specing me your missing everything I see. You don’t get see my radar!!!!!. This is what I’m looking at. Why I run right to people. This is why you don’t shoot someone you can’t kill, it gives away your position. I bet if you join FFA pipeline right now and count how many are using UAV Jammer it will be less than 2. And seeing how I have UAV’s up a majority of the time it works out very well. The players that work best against me are the ones who use UAV Jammer / Dead Silence / Silencer.

When I don’t have UAV’s up I tend to throw stuns to check if someone is there. When my UAV’s are up I tend to throw stun followed up by a nade for an easy kill.

The only thing people complain about is that they mistakenly think I cheat. So far the only proof anyone has of me hacking is I win too much. I have even tried to prove I don’t cheat by joining other servers with punk buster. This was only an hour or so before I was perma banned from the gdawgg servers. http://img244.imageshack.us/img244/5968/iwin.jpg] Yet the person named “Grant is lame” went back to the gdawgg servers to spam that I was kicked by punk buster, which was clearly a lie.

Maybe my case is compelling because I don’t actually use cheats? Really why else would I be so adamant to prove my innocents. I guess it really doesn’t matter if I cheat or not, what admins are after is to keep the majority happy even if a few innocent people get banned along the way.
