Hello there mate, well seemingly you must have killed either an Admin or a buddy of his, or a buddy of a buddy....maybe they did not like your name, or maybe they could not find their notorious BF 3 Key, whatever they mean with that.

Yea you're not gonna get a response. Admin abuses power and if you kill him he cries and bans you without warning or makes up some BS to ban you. He's not a bad guy but he does have legitimate mental illness issues that prevent him from being a fair/good admin.
