I guess folks are out and about with summer activities as I don't see much going on in the servers.

Going to the Yankee Red Sox game today, not a big Yankee fan but it'll be nice to see the new stadium and rub a little salt in Ice T's wounds after the Red Sox get swept.

The Mets.... well the injuries are comical at this point and they are hardly watchable :-/

The new stadium is really spectacular, any baseball fan would appreciate it.

Even though the park is brand new, once seated you still get the feeling you are in the old stadium.

There is definitely a feeling of openness, the concourse's are all open so you can see the field from just about anywhere. There are food courts and bathrooms every 100ft and beer vendor's every 50ft. Packed house and no real lines for anything.

As far as Jeter's home run, not much of a chance of catching anything except bird droppings as we were in the upper nose bleed section.

Ice: get in touch with Francona and tell him to keep Youkilis out of left field. :-/

Sweep :-/

The sweep was sweet - even if it was the Yankees. Phillies have been on a classic choke for the past dozen or so games. Hope they wake up before the playoffs. The team has made some great moves late in the season. Philly fans are not used to seeing real management, espically late in the season.

I've been working on my boat most of the summer. Lately, I've been grafting a waverunner jet drive into the rear of the hull to convert the boat to jetpower. Here are some photos of the conversion.

Once this is done, I can get the cabin sealed up so I can work on that in comfort over the winter with a small space heater. Once the cabin doors and hatch are on, I can get back to my computer project in time for the MW2 release.

Doesn't matter about the Phillies because the Braves are on there way to the top (hopefully since they just took 3 of 4 from LA) and if not the Braves at least the Marlins can do something to stop them. (Just swept the Phillies). XD. GOOO BRAVES!!!
