For the the demo, if it wasnt in a modded server, it should be in your 'main' folder, inside should be a demos folder. If it was in a mod, it is in the corresponding mod>modname folder. Now if you simply typed /record, it will be called demo0000 (or the latest one if you havent recorded since), but if you named it it should just be the name as a .dm_1 file.

As for sending it in, not sure, because I have a few that need to be sent, or sent to blind...
