Supposively it was fixed with the last patch. There is a smoke glitch. That when a person throws smoke and looks out a a window the smoke is no longer there.

Theres actually a smoke glitch in CoD4 too, if you throw a smoke, shoot a window on a car so it cracks, and look through it, you can see clearly (minus the cracked window...).
