also, how do we gain the "member" status on the site and forums (rather then it saying non-member under our names)?

Make sure you have Trooper on your friends list and talk to him, he will give you your tags and let you know what you have to do after that.

do you guys wait for us to log a certain # of hours on the server or do you just talk it out among yourselves when you think their ready. either way i'll talk to Trooper about it

Quarterpounder wll give instruction on that matter today at the meeting. It was a wwebpage glitch that was cousing that prob. it is now fixed and now there is a few things members need to do so it can be recognized.. : )
