I gave that link to mani admin's manual is because one of the criteria of becoming an admin here is you must know the commands.

Secondly, using those command without proper rights won't get you banned by vac. The most it will only tell you that you do not have the rights to use it... LOL.

You should just google what is VAC. Read this and stop going around telling people that they'll get vac banned by using mani admin commands. Duh!
