Hello all.I want to show u guide where i founded in internet.
Did you fps is lower than 100 ? Do you need a better perfomance?
Heres ur chance!

1 BASICS

AE & AF (anisotropic filtering antialiasing &): АА to mitigate, and the transition, make them a pleasant eye. AF improves the quality of the movie, it seems far better situated view. These two parameters have a very significant impact on the game FPS. If the video card bad price for a beautiful picture may be too high, then the AA as a whole better off, and AF set to trilinear situation (in many video cards trilinear velocity is greater than Bilinear).

The other game settings can easily determine the maximum values, except for reflections,
it is better to build in SIMPLE, which will have a significant impact on the water will appear.

2 commands

And now let us see what we can do with Counter-Strike Source console.
In particular, the directory "counter-strike source / cstrike / cfg /" create a file called autoexec.cfg.
Open file with any text editor (eg notepad) and write the next settings:

Turns 3DNow processor support (only for Intel processors). Low fps GROWTH without quality loss.

r_3dsky 0
Off by the aura around 3D objects. Deemed hacks for unknown reasons. A small movie quality degradation, high fps
GROWTH.

r_rainsimulate 0
Turn off the rain. Low fps GROWTH.


r_shadows 0
As the Chamber every shade rather poor quality, they can be completely turned off. A small movie quality degradation, high fps GROWTH.

net_graph 3, this command shows your connection speed settings in the bottom of the screen, an excellent web-based monitoring opportunity, very low fps loss, but a very useful tool.

r_decal_cullsize 0
This command will set the minimum size of properties displayed in pixels. Allows you to see left-bullet holes from a great distance. Very low fps loss, improves the graphics effects.

cl_smooth 0
This command is really only reduces the fps, and quality improvement, because it is safe to disconnect. Usually, it is turned on (cl_smooth 1).

cl_phys_props_enable 0
Very serious effect on the fps. Turn off the small-scale models of objects Hacker, thereby significantly reducing the strain on your CPU. Will not be displayed by various leaves, bottles, trash, back and clear desea reserves. A small movie quality degradation, a huge fps GROWTH.

cl_pushaway_force 0
This is another team that is currently used as hacks many servers forced chage 20000th It is a "push" effect of the strength shown by the collision with the barrel and other physical objects, it significantly improves the disconnection of the movement.

fog_enable 0
This command disables fog, entirely without prejudice to smoke grenades. A small movie quality degradation, high fps GROWTH.


cl_allowupload "0"
This command will ban the uploading to the server from your computer. Not good.

cl_allowdownload "0"
This command will ban the sending files from the server to your computer (new sparse Hacker from the server, it does not have them). Not good.

r_lod 0
Improves or degrades, the remote player model quality. 0 - bad model, more fps, 5 - a good model, ma? Less fps. A small movie quality.

cl_show_bloodsprays 0
This is another team that is currently used as hacks because it can improve the visibility of the players in the blood. The result is more fps, lower blood .

cl_ejectbrass 0
Disable shooted pictures. Low fps GROWTH.

cl_min_t 1
cl_min_ct 1
cl_minmodels 1
This reduces the player's team polygons model number, if briefly - degrades the quality of what the result, we have a significant yield higher FPS shooting time.

With these commands, you'll get quite appreciably increase fps, but better do not try all at once written to a file, test better one, then you are able to choose a reasonable fps and the movie quality options.

As an example, I can say that I was able to raise the fps from 30 to 75 (VSYNC turned on) on my Athlon XP 2400 + and Radeon 9800 Pro playing on 1024x768 resolution.

These teams help your Counter-Strike: Source will be no more beautiful pictures of Tetris, but will yield great fps. I recommend that only those with what fps does not rise more than ever 30th

other method
copy all this thing to (where u install ur css)\Counter-Strike Source\cstrike\cfg
and then open the autoexec.cfg file with notepad

and i hope some of u guys never do what i do
never overlocked ur graphic card on ur any game cause i regret it on css for overlocked the game just for smooth gameplay and i always get low fps in css example on 10x reloaded i get only 29 to 31.
and now every time i play source engine game i get very low fps but i get high fps in cryengine and Dunia engine and other game engine
so make sure u guys never overlocked ur game
and also i get 40fps in Euphoria and RAGE engine so u can compare how shame source engine beat me around 10fps in l4d 2

Just a note ..

fps are also greatly affected by different maps, certain maps will tend to have lower fps because of the different object your graphic card need to process..

and if i'm not mistaken, each servers have different max fps so the max fps you can go is limited by the server itself. But i have seen servers with max fps of 600.

Edit: Do remember to backup the original "autoexec.cfg". Do not overwrite it.
