since i saw many hacker on surf they still not get ban for wallhack or speedhack they just get kick went they use aimbot so use this one cause it will ban all waller and aimbot and etc..

problem on surf sever
1. off the noblock cause many of them ask to off
2. on the respawn they ask for it....

about the admin problem

i've reconfigured noblock=0 and respawn=1 as ur ask.

about admin,
make sure that every time u connect to this server have the same steam_id (check by type 'status' in ur console). copy it again and paste it here, i'll put it in admin database.
est_admin check your steam_id, if ur steam_id is different then as i put on admin database, it cause u can not be admin.
