I know its best service cuz i was using it on my Left 4 Dead Server
There is no problem like admins or something more + It GOT MANY MANY MANY Scripts!!!!!!!!!!!!

So you should delete that stuff with mani and es and install this.
Why not mani?
Because no one has ADMIN Even me There are many players who break rules and i cant punish them because i got no admin....

Ok first instructions
1 get source mod metamod at here
2 Open and extract it on desktop
3 Put all files in YOURSERVER/cstrike
4 If it says replace press replace
5 If You want to add admins open admins simple file in yourserver/cstrike/addons/sourcemod/configs/admins_simple.ini
6 Scrool down till end and if u want admin

7 Add admins with steam id
8 Save
9 Congrats admins cant use sm_admin for admin commands

L2M, thanks for your any attentions about admin.
I had used that one (sourcemod) when the first time i created server.
Now i use metamod, eventscripts, and mani admin plugin because ES and MAP have more futures. I still try to disable unused scripts to reduce lag and crash.
About lossing ur admin, its because ur IP Public is changed or just reinstall your css so ur steam id in my server is changed too.
Try to connect another 'no steam' server and you will get different steam id. But if you connect to steam first (legal), your username will get a fixed steam id whatever ur IP, offcourse you have to pay for this
You know u use pirates css and my server hack steam, so here is the problem
If u have the problem with admin, just pm me ur new steam id.

Talkin about futeres i dont agree with you.Why?Because there a site called alliedmods and there are +300 scripts or plugins where you can add on your server.From admin commands to deathmatch or rank systems in website and ingame.Idk maybe you didnt see that site but you must try it.

EDIT #1 Problem is that admin was working till 1 day.Because i pushed wrong button or something gooing wrong with mani.
I think you can add us (admins) like u added earlier and when you added me and it was worked till that day.So i think you should remeber how you added me as admin and it works for almost all time (till that day) and you should add us like that.Thanks
EDIT #2 I never got lag just one time that there was player with +800 ping Maybe bacause i got ram 4gb
