my Steam id change almost always when i shutdown computer-.- I think i download new css give me good link and other helps thx.

vinyz it useless cause there is no way u can fix this problem .only few people who lucky always use the same steam id .even u download new css it still useless cause i already download almost 10 css torrent and all the same .so we both have the same problem
