So if you don't have a permanent SteamID, use this CS:S instead.

1. Download Steam and install. (If you already have Steam installed and a Steam account, go to step 2)

3. Right click on this file steamapps.part11, select RENAME and add .rar at the end of the filename so it becomes steamapps.part11.rar

4. You will only need to extract steamapps.part01.rar and WinRAR will automatically do the rest. If you don't have WinRAR, you can download from here: http://www.rarlabs.com/download.htm

5. You should now have 9 files. Copy all the 9 files to C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\

6. Download Delphi Steam Memory Patcher. (You may need to disable your antivirus because some AV detects this as backdoor trojan. This is false detection and is absolutely safe)

Extract the 2 files (DSMP.dll and DSMP_Launcher.exe) to C:\Program Files\Steam\

7. Run DSMP_Launcher.exe and login to your Steam account that you've created just now. Click on "My games" tab and double click on Counter-Strike: Source to run CSS. Enjoy the original CS:S! big_smile

There are a few types of crack and emulation, if you understand how they work, it's not always about IP address that determines your SteamID.

and if this work that mean we using steam or non steam cause u running on steam right ? cause from what i know if u play on steam u can't join any non steam sever and only steam sever cause the css using

Steam players can join both steam and non-steam servers unless the cracked server using emulator that has been configured NOT to accept legit players.

masterservers.vdf is only a file that tells the CSS client where to look for servers. If you have the setti's one, then the list of servers displayed are mostly non-steam.

But if you're using the original masterservers.vdf, it has both legit and non legit servers.

u wrong cause i already try it i use cs 1.6 on steam and u can't join any non steam sever cause non steam using seti and steam sever use valve system or what ever .if u notice on cod 4 cracked sever u will see all listed on seti which mean pirate version game sever all on seti

no YOU are wrong.

You think all server steam cracks are the same? CS 1.6 server crack is NOT the same as CSS. The same goes for COD crack too.

If you ask tebas, there are only 2 types of cracks for CSS which you can use which is rev emulator or vityan.

If you never install srcds and crack a server before, don't act like you know everything. Maybe your "teacher assistant" knowledge only goes up to mani admin commands.

I am not going to waste any more of my time to discuss or argue this issue with you because truly you've no experience in this matter.
