it seems like the sever less people because of many skin need to be download went first time join the sever ...so yeah of course it less people .

So here the plan..
PLEASE ANY HERE MAKE A NEW SURF SEVER FOR SOUTH ASIA.........
if any u here know how to make dedicated sever please make one.i really hope my pc is not crap so i can create new surf sever but i can't.

Here some guide for people who interest for the new sever
NO SKIN(take long time to download)
NO huge and lag map for surf...
OR if u want more simple guide: Make sure u put surf setting on the sever and surf map.THAT ALL,NO NEED TO ADD MORE BULLSHIT

If any here know how to make dedicated sever,i will glad to help what addon need to add and simple.Please reply if u interest .
PS: if the new surf sever is on i will download css and install again and play with u guys

from make a server that has low internet connection ... its better if u rent a dedicated server ... low ping high fps(frame per second) ..n better plugin ...

Better not wasting money

Making a CSS is not as simple as you think it is.

First you need a powerful server and secondly with a lot and high upload bandwidth.

Unfortunately in any parts of Asia, bandwidth is very expensive. I am currently spending US$212 per month to keep my zombie server running.

If you don't have the money or resources (like you know people that can give you a lot of bandwidth), don't even think about running a good server.

boom ... can u make a surf server ... ples 2x ples ..... or ... u can add surf map into ur surf server :p ... there will be zombie surfing to catch human XD .. must be funny many zombie going to jail haha XD

Even if we make one CSS server it will fail...
Because of lagg , sucks , hard to make one , don't know what to do.
