Hello, sorry for making a topic about this but i think its important too like other stuff related with the Hiszy servers.

I want to tell Hiszy Admin about the callvoting because since i play here again i noticed alot of callvoting, i can even call it abusing of callvoting.

Players from the server calvote to kick other players without any good reasons, then the player that almost got kicked callvote to kick the other and so on, they callvote for maps, ok this is not a big problem but still...if we played on q3dm6 and at the end of map they callvote to play it again, and if the vote fails they do it again and again and again... and it's really anoying... so please take my post in consideration waiting reply, ty

yes I understand, this has already been a subject of disscussion other times, I know that various times the vote can be a problem however I'm of the opinion that it's a interesting feature and then I understand that not everybody have to pay the prize of the bad usage that somes make so then I simply suggest you (or to anyother one who find him/her on the same situation) to report those guys you find openly and constantely abusing the vote and then I'll ban them instead.

on the past this was a typical funtion of the members of the HiszY Servers Staff however unfortunately such staff does no longer exists and as I think that you can see and understand is not possible for me to review everysingle thing of what happened at the servers, however anyways, I compromise to take a better care of this from now.

yes, i know sometimes is a good thing because you kick the person who disturbs the fluent gameplay but we need to think to an alternative for this... maybe one callvote/player on one map? or something like this, to stop abusing this function, also you should put some staff that can manage such things to keep the gameplay as should be normal, not everytime to be called cheater,wh,etc to callvote because they dont like your tag,you fraged two times in a row or even without no reason, and these things i say from my own exerience when i was on the servers, to be exactely on the hiszy freezetag forward.

actually I can't do anything besides ban people, if I would have the time I could tweak/change that or anyother thing, but as you can see I just don't have the time at the moment so I'll have to continue this way, sorry.

regarding the staff, I'm sorry but actually there's none and build a new one doesn't look like an option at least not by now, like I told you, yes, on the past there was one who handled that, however the truth is that it always was some kind of a issue because either the Staff members were frequently subject of abuse from the users or because they were them who abused or misused some their powers over the users on their own benefit, so unfortunately with the time for some reasons or anothers it ended completelly disapearing.

then as you can see build a new staff it's not something trivial, it's something that would take me a time I just don't have at the moment, because at the end just think about it, the impact of a bad user can be important but it's nothing compared to the impact of a bad staff, instead of get acused/voted you would get directly ruled and you couldn't do anyother thing beside complain to me wich lead to a even worse scenary, and trust me because this already happened, most people just don't accept to get ruled by some other person or simply get openly jealous, then at HiszY everybody is the same and there's no privileged/special users and I'm the only one who is here to hear everybody and rule this the best I can in favor of what I consider the best for everybody, yes, I understand that it's not the ideal solution but it's how HiszY actually works and by now it's a proven working method that I think that in general it's working correctly.

yes, don't worry, like I told you, I understand it, from now I would try to take a better care of that myself.

and regarding the rest well may be you should try to be just a bit more patience with some people/situations.
