Powa uses the /vote kick without specific reasons.

yes sorry, I received your pm yesterday but as I think that you could see the site (this site, the gametracker site) has been under maintenance/upgrading so I couldn't answer you and later I just had forgot about, sorry.

ok, thanks for point out this issue but I took a look and may be beside the particular vote you're reporting and perhaps a very few more over lot of time I did not find anyother kind of major vote abuse from this user that would be meritory of a ban, generaly three reports like this are required to get a entry ban for a user (unless like I explained it consists just in a continuous inappropriate vote usage over a short/middle period of time, wich like I said it's not the case this time) because like I think that you can understand it makes no sense to start throwing bans at anyone who made a vote out of place at some point, that's not serious, those kind of situations even if clearly not encouraged fit inside a normal gaming ambient.

ok, anyways, like I said, thanks for report this will be take in consideration in case of future issues with this user, for anyother kind of problem just let me know.

well, I don't know, in this case I was considering that the vote was inadequate because I was asuming that you was playing normaly and that you was not actually camping, were you (really camping)? (this question goes to jackthelad) because if you was really camping then the vote is correct because, ok, this is a bit like everything, common sense, not every single thing is meritory of a ban but the abuses, I mean, for example, camping at some point from time to time while is not encounraged it's part of a normal game, it's not the intention to pretend to force any kind of particular game style if not the opposite to leave anybody freely develope his/her game however at the same time is too understand that the game does not consist just in stay in a small room changing corners to overpass the anticamp protection or to go jumping all over the place without sense just to make you virtually impossible to hit there always must a general balance of all the game aspescts so yes, consequentely someone just plain camping all the time is not only meritory of a kick vote that it may be even subject of ban and by the way since you mentioned, yes, of course, the same applies to the gauntlet, the HiszY Servers are Rail ONLY servers thus the gauntlet is there to be used with sense in particular situations not to stalk people taunting like a maniac with it so consequently gauntlet abuse is also subject of ban.
