hey pra3 welcome to hiszy servers mate
 as far as i know there are not voice packs for e+ mod but in case you are wondering about the sounds which are used in game binds. you can download this cool program with which you can make those sounds too with binds. http://www.moddb.com/mods/excessive/addons/excessive-plus-xp-binds-01 unzip in excessiveplus > tools folder for any other difficulty or how to make binds you can private message me regards shankey  The Mastership of Skills is when you have an intense and focused absorption that makes you lose all sense of time.
