q3pls config for E+ 2.0a 100111

this is a nice config I made for E+. I didn't expect to release it but since some people requested me to do it, here you have it :

this cfg is basically a port of the gameplay style you could see on Popular Quake 3 Rocket Arena 3 Mod Servers (actually near dead), this is, a Old School Quake 3 game style on empty maps where you'll spawn with everything you need. additionally to make it a bit more playble on other game modes I added a soft status regenaration.

btw redonwload it. I updated it a moment ago with some adjustments to make it more cool on other gametypes besides tag
