ok, first, thank you very much for your patience regarding this issue, I'm really sorry for not answer before but I just couldn't, I did all I posibly could to get this fixed as soon as possible but I've been quite busy and this also took me lot of time so obviously I though that it was more important to put my time in really solve the issue rather than apologize for the incovenience but do really nothing about.

ok, regarding the issue, I though that another guy had informed you about (at least he contacted me about this), no, you did nothing, sorry, those bans wasn't for you, it was just a technical problem, the problem is that connections from your particular location and provider are highly unsecure and they always has been a concern and unfortunately recently there has been a mayor increment of this incidents wich lead to the blockage of this particular setup so that's why you was getting those ban messages and the times you managed to connect to the server last days it was because I've been personally manually fixing this for you in real time but you have to understand that I'm really sorry but I can't be 24/7 here waiting for you to fix this.

however hopefully at the same time after being intensely working on this issue for long time yesterday at night I came across with a workaround for this and after being monitoring this for around 24 hours now I did not find any problem so I think that by now your problem should fixed and you should of be able to normally connect the servers as always.

I'm deeply sorry for the inconveniencies this situation could cause you just let me know if you have any other kind of problem, thank you so much for your patience and play at the HiszY Servers.
