my most sinceres apologices for the unacceptable response time but I had to deal other issues outside this, I'm very sorry for this situation.

well, anyways, if you had checked the forum you could have seen that I already replied this at this other post, http://www.hiszy-servers.tk/forum.php?thread=61495, ok, anyways, in short, you just got a couple of days ban (wich btw should already have end) because of pointless and inadequate vote abuse that unfortunately it had to got extended because of secury concers surronding this case.

regarding the issue please like I suggested you, check the mentioned thread since all this same things has been answered there.

ok, anyways, just shortly like I said there then can you please tell me what you (not someone else) was doing with the abhi nick during the last fourthteen of february this year?

and finally like I concluded there, no one is making anything of anything but you, of course, join a server and just make a couple of inappropiate votes is just a slight problem that simply lead into a couple of days ban and nothing more happens however do that on purpose trying to impersoniate someone else in oder to avoid to get banned it's a different thing and consequently it's handled diferentely too.

well if you checked the related thread you could have seen that I'm sorry that a sucesion of unfortunate facts led me to incorectelly believe that you were the same person, now I can definitively tell that you're different persons.

ok, however after investigate this a bit deeper like I said in your case, I still wonder me what you was doing wearing the abhi nick since december the past year till he started playing on february this year?

regarding the definitive ban lenght like I said until this doesn't come into a final understandment I can't tell, for him it will be just a couple of extra days but for you around a extra month since it finally has been found that the inital vote abuse was more severe and also has been found frequent disrespect toward other users and their respective families and race for aparent no reason at all.

so I hope that now you understand the situation and that if you really want to continue to play at the HiszY Servers then you stop on that because the next time the ban would be much more longer if not totally permanent on your case.

hey man i read abhi.._|_'s thread as well with mine so i want to clear you out one thing that i am new to this game so in the begining i didnt know that how to change name...when abhi told me how to change,i changed my name...and after changing my name i had his nick again after same time then it was because whem pc gets formated i go to his house to take quake from his pc...he has his own config which has created a minor misunderstanding.
and secondly i accused abhi for that AIMBOT thing just for fun...he is my very good friend,we just had fun with each other...we used to kick each other just for fun only.
we didnt try this thing with anyone else...nd if i had ever voted againt anyone else then it had always been for a reason.
i have many friends at this server and some enemies too....you can consult some people if you want to.
At last i can only say SORRY for all my mistakes...hope that you will help us and remove the ban as early as possible.
i won't repeat anything.

I'm very very sorry for didn't deal this at time before, unfortunately this just coincided me with the start of a soccer season and I was quite busy with that and later when I get into this I focused into other (more important than bans) tasks, so I just want to express you my most sinceres apologizes for being to unable to comply with the planned unban period wich now that I took a look it was more or less of around beggining/mid october not december (a month and a half later) and let you know that I'm the first who feels totally ashamed of this situation, this is an unacceptable mistake.

ok, reagrding the issue, well the truth is that to be honest now after all the work and almost three months after the issue I don't exactly remember what I was going to write here before, however I do perfectely remeber that I was very upset and that that was why I extended the ban term (not three months but yes a couple of weeks more), however right now start talking about things out of time looks like a waste of time so I just let you know that the first thing I did after ban all the queed cheaters here was to inmediatelly procced to unban you, so by now you should no longer be banned then I just hope that would have served you to change and doesn't fall again on the same errors as long as you are still interested in play at the HiszY Servers of course if not then nothing.

finally just by a quick read of your last message, I simply comment you that first you should never joke around about cheating at the HiszY Servers, the cheating policy at the HiszY Servers if of tolerance zero, wich means that a single inciednt leads into a permanent ban, so like I said as long as you want to play here there's thing with it's better not to joke about because the same way confirmed incidents lead into permanent bans continued false acusation may carry out the same punishiment.

and second I also comment that it's a very bad idea start sharing your very own game with others because as you can see it can lead into a wide variety of problems so each of you should use their very own original copy of Quake III Arena.
