I know shoot the enemy and only that.
But I dont know how see demos from others players. How I can see them? Sorry for this noob question, please dont hate me

you can place the demo files in the Demos folder located inside the e+ folder and when you open quake with the e+ mod you can click on DEMOS from the first menu locate the file name and press the play button located on the bottom right side
