So...this game isn't too far away. Anyone getting it? I'm definitely getting it and hopefully you are too. Lets hope Navi decides to open a server for MW2.

I'm still deciding if I want it for PC or 360, but I'll probably pick it up when the time comes.

I can't believe Activision pulled something like that. Now, some publishers are considering of charging full price of $60 for PC games. I'll be picking it up for PC and hopefully retailers will have some deal by then.

The game fits in with the trend of modern games, as in, pick up, play without any sort of commitment whatsoever, discard after use. I think a lot of games are now what i call "arcade" type games where they're made to be short, sweet, but mostly unremarkable. I'll probably get this game when it gets cheaper, but I can't see myself thinking it to be the next half-life, which is ok. I'm not expecting it to be, i'm expecting it to entertain me for a short time.

That's what I think about the single player, but what made COD 4 shine wasn't the single player, it was the multi. Like COD MW 2 am sure will have a really arcade like single player system like COD 4 had, but the multiplayer for COD 4 was jam packed with level ups and weapons, and perks which kept many gamers playing for a loooooooooooooong time... what it lacked on was probably more DLC for the multiplayer... All I recall was probably 3 maps in total that came out which totally sucked balls, and the first DLC wasn't even really considered a DLC cause it was just a xmas version of a map... Anyway, if COD MW 2 is anything, or even better than COD 4, I expect to be wasting a ton of time on this game.
