*** hAVOC IS RECRUITING - PLEASE POST ALL APPLICATIONS ON OUR XFIRE FAN PAGE FORUMS *** We would first like to thank all who spend the time to fill out this application. We appreciate your interest to join hAVOC. We would like to make clear these should be serious applications - this is meant for dedicated gamers only. Once accepted into hAVOC you will be an official member and become admin. We trust all applicants upon acceptance will abide by our regulations. Please read the following before applying: 1) REQUIREMENTS NO age limit - trial period may be put into effect * Must have Xfire Must have TeamSpeak3 Must have a working mic Must have no prior bans - will be screened Must be able to play on Punkbuster servers No multi-team gaming in COD4 - other games do not apply * As per age requirement, a limit does not apply. However, if one is under the age of 18 years old, they will be placed on a trial period. This is to evaluate the maturity, understanding, and chemistry of those applying. Once the decision is determined, full membership will be effective immediately. 2) APPLICATION Age: Real Name: In-Game Nickname: Referral: Xfire / Steam Username: Country: Hours Online Per Week: Previous / Current Clan(s): Any Admin Experience? How Long? Preferred Weapon? Other Games of Interest: Lastly, what would make you a good addition to our team: 3) BEING RECRUITED After you have filled out the application, we expect you to hop onto our TeamSpeak and let us get to know you. Regular activity on our TeamSpeak and servers are very important to us. We want all prospective members to engage in events, gaming, and general chat with all gamers within the hAVOC community. Once it has been determined that you are a good fit for our team, you will be contacted by a head admin. Afterwards, you will be granted admin on all hAVOC servers, wear our tags in-game, and placed on the roster. 4) INACTIVITY AND TERMINATION Going to be away for a few weeks? Need some time off? That is fine by us. We all have lives, and everyone's schedule gets busy from time to time. We ask that anyone who will be away for a length of time to post in the forums and contact a head admin to let us know of your absence. If any member is caught hacking, using scroll or rapid fire, harassing players or other members, creating drama or problems within the community, inactivity without notice for more than a months time, and reluctance to wear tags while in-game, will result in immediate termination from hAVOC.
