Recruits should not necessarily be thew best killers. They should be professional, not noisy and cussing-up-a-storm types.

Higher honors I look to help the weaker players by instructing them; giving them some pointers.

Tactics are vital; even if a low honor guy uses good tactics but dies, he may have a great mind for the game but just lack the experience. Hey, even some 40's or 50's might use a great tactice and get killed going after smokin, suspect, killer, or nixer!

Our official honors are 20 to 60 +, but I have made an exception in at least one case. When you see someone of lower honor who takes the time to aim his or her weapon accurately, that impresses me.

You decide if this person is trainable, professional, and someone you want to be on your team. As we say in pilot lingo, "Is this someone I want on MY wing in combat?"

Please make recommendations directly to me and we'll spread the word so other members can watch them, or maybe they already know them and can support your decision and when you're all ready, we'll vote on the newbie.

We only want like 12 to 20 members; 25 MAX! So, be extremely selective; I was when I selected each of you. Some of you I watched for quite some time. I'm proud and honored to have each of you on our team!
