Recently the player SpOne has been warping like crazy in-game. He doesn't speak English so communication doesn't seem possible.

His warping is characteristic of speed hacking. I've witnessed many players who warp in the same way as him who've admitted to speed hacking. It's a constant and stable warp. Normally when players warp due to lag its not constant warp, every movement, it's broken up in to moments of smooth movement and moments of jerky warps.

He has never lagged so badly in the past and is now coming in with this unrelenting warp that has been going on for weeks.

I've not banned him but I want the advice of the other admins before taking any action. I've kicked him several times because he's somewhat difficult to target, especially in the Banshees and it makes it very annoying and unfair for the others when you die before he's even gotten to you yet.

Yeah I would just continue to kick him everytime you see him warp and if he continues to come back over and over again and still is doing it I would just say sorry man you are warping too much and I've warned you several times and ban him for a short time period. Maybe then he'll get a clue. I know who you are talking about and he use to never warp like he has been recently.

He speaks spanish only it seems although I've only seen him type once as far as I can remember. He has been warping ever since the server was back in Seattle as far as I can remember. He usually does pretty good with this warp so it could be speed hacks for sure.
