Ok it's finally here!

For those players who just want to be a troll in the in-game chat

simply type this command (just type it in the in-game chat window - no need to use rcon or the console)

/mute [*player name or id #]

or to unmute use /unmute instead....

For example,

/mute *Spirit

or if I'm player 3 (use sv_players to find out)

/mute 3

If someone is being an absolute pain warn them they'll be muted first then if they continue feel free to mute them for however long you think is necessary.

Will the individual remain muted if he quits and rejoins?

This script seems to be broken. I can't mute anyone anymore, and that's the most useful rcon command if you ask me. It allows players to keep playing, but spares us their trolling.

We disabled it a few weeks back because we were seeing if the scripts running on the server had anything to do with the lag the server had been experiencing. I'll put it back on soon.
