Unban on 1-25-12

Reason: Trolling, mouthing off to admins, disrespectful towards admins. Check the logs. Muted him for 5 mins, and kicked him twice along with several warnings given. He continued to go on and on and needs to learn that his feedback isn't needed on everything.

Trolling? I said you had no evidence there was a cheat in action. And i was correct.

I said i had never heard of a cheat that did what you said they were doing.

I said you were the worst possible admin, which is true, since you are a pretty mediocre halo player with a limited understanding of the game and the code behind it but at the same time think you are an expert in all things halo because you can download and install faulty scripts lol.

I was open to there being a cheat that does what you claimed they were doing as you said there was. All i asked for was a link to it for proof. You offered non but suggested an rcon command was possibly exploited, which unless the cheater has access to rcon is very unlikely due to hit detection taking place server side. Halo is not a p2p game.

You are also wrong about me accusing you of botting. And when I said that was another Spirit I wasn't lying. There was someone going around impersonating people for awhile and I know for a fact when he was doing me he was yelling bot, fag, and SIT all the time (yes I say sit some so that's prolly where he got that from). But I didn't accuse people unless I caught them on SJ and yes I've SJ'd you and no I never saw a bot. Ask around dude...I have stood up for you to plenty of people saying you dont bot and are a good player. I usually looked forward to playing you because they were often good and close games. Ask Gul I even told him Miasma is the one guy who has beaten me the most on Jenns (but I have won several too - so unless you lose to some mediocre player).

You simply need to learn how to play without being a douche to people. Plenty of people don't care for you and it's quite obvious why.

Now why the ban? Because we're trying to keep non game related chat out of the logs and when you kept going on about the "people accuse me...spirit accuses me...hes not cheating...blah blah" and I tell you to zip it then listen. When I unmuted you the first thing out of your mouth is "spirit worst admin ever"...yeah because I muted your constantly disrespectful mouth. You then decided to keep going so after a few more warnings you got kicked (twice). When you yet continued to discuss it I banned you. All of your spirit, worst admin and YG are better than you were all attempts to troll and push my buttons. Congrats it worked and look where it got you!

Like ive said many times, you are a massive troll but not a cheat. I didnt need to sj you though because ive played long enough against some of the best players to ever play the game to know a bot when i feel one.

1. You beat me 90% of the time...yeah that is completely to "indulge [your] ego for a moment"....get real. Our games (like Gul and I now) were usually always close and when I won it wasnt by much and when you won it wasnt by much. Holding your own doesnt mean you have to always win, but make it a fun and competitive game...maybe one day you'll learn that.

which of that do you not agree with because I'll be happy to copy and paste the logs...you being right is irrelevant to the reason you were banned...you were banned for running your mouth over and over and disrespecting admins...it's all there.

Telling me to come back to show me how good you are after banning me for 2 weeks is fairly funny. Considering that i have spend the last year beating you, by whatever margin. The times you beat me are usually when you get a shee and visit the overshield every time it spawns lol. Personally, while i do love banshee, i will very rarely use the over-shield.

Well your time will be short in the server because if you disrespect me, another admin, or another player you'll be banned again. You can voice your opinion (and even disagree with others) without showing disrespect towards people. Something you should learn for life.

When YOU are a guest YOU should respect the host or the host throws YOU out. Perhaps YOU will learn from this, perhaps not.

In the past you have called me a botter. Why else would you sightjack me? Personally ive never sightjacked a single person i did not suspect of botting.

In every game ive had with you, you have disrespected just about every player you have interacted with by crying 'LAG', 'BS', 'SHE WHORE' etc when they kill you - all the while doing exactly the same thing as you criticise other for.

It unnecessarily lowers the atmosphere of the server and builds a negative impression of you. One that is not wiped clean with an rcon password. People perhaps dont like me, but i would wager that has more to do with me killing them than anything else since i barely even talk unless someone starts calling me a cheater or is hypocritical about gameplay like you do with banshees on a day to day basis.

Actually you're wrong. When the owner puts certain people in charge of keeping the server peaceful and maintained they are the host. I decide who stays and who goes based on your attitude. If someone owns a house but puts another person in charge of it / or allows them to live there and they welcome people into the home is that person not the host...ahhh it's amazing how well good logic works.

In the past I have not called you a botter. Again talk to Gul and he'll tell you there was a person impersonating us both and that is who I think you had so many negative interactions with. Now we can track all usernames to hashkeys and it records all the in-game chat. So no impersonating can happen...and some have tried and they've been banned or warned. Now I do tend to call Gul names (he does it back to me) but that is just two admins screwing with each other.

Now that the impersonator is gone I think plenty of people have a good impression of me now and have seen that me and the other spirit who was always mouthing off is in fact NOT the same person...same with Gul Macet...there was a mouthy impersonator and then the real guy. Believe it or not I dont care.

No one thinks that me, Gul, or any other admin on this team is a "tyrannical hypocritical admin" except you and that prolly has more to do with you being banned for 2 weeks than anything. But who is to blame for that? That's right....you are.

Logic? This is not a house. Words have meanings. The host is Gametracker, you are the volunteer admin. You are neither the owner of the server or the host. Argue logic all you want, were talking definitions.

Also as far as trolling goes, im not the one who constantly disrespects people who kill me. Worst anyone gets off me is a 'ns'. From you they get a torrent of butthurt, about banshees, nades that didnt hit me, lag, lame weapons etc, or at least i do.
