Hello all, back from my ban for first game with spirit on server and already kicked for no good reason. What a surprise. He didnt have any reason to suspect it was me either.

The video link is proof that Spirit does not possess the kind of personality that should be trusted with any responsibility however meagre. The footage is secondary to the chat.

The video contains all exchanges between me and Spirit in the one round it took for him to kick me for no good reason. All comments in their original order.

I think he wanted me to stop saying qq so i would say something he could kick me for. Then kicked me for saying qq anyway. For those that may not know, qq is an emoticon for crying. Nothing offensive, just pointing out that he was crying about nearly every death.

I saw this coming since i found out he was given rcon. Im sure that if he is a stronger player than you he wont troll you too much, but if you are better than him he WILL resort to rcon ASAP by trolling people into doing or saying something he can kick them for.

He also claimed that this impersonator is the one that had all the bad characteristics. This video should illustrate that the 'real' spirit seems to me to be the same as the 'impersonator' he claims i was describing in a previous thread.

This is unacceptable. Spirit needs to be removed from the admin. I assume hes only a kid (whatever he claims) but his personality has not matured in the year or so ive played on the server. Other people should not be punished just because he has a fragile disposition.

Actually you are wrong as I suspected it was you the entire time and even went back to chat logs to verify. After that there was no doubt it was you.

While the qq is annoying I let it slide (what about 10 times posted by you) because its just like me saying bs to kills I dont like. Just things people type that while annoying to some it isnt really anything too bad.

The comment you were kicked for because it did cross to line of "not being nice" was

"dont you think there is enough ocean around here without all your tears?"

that was not needed at all and I kicked you as a warning that that kind of disrespect towards other players wouldnt be tolerated.

You can call bs, qq, sheewhore, even noob to some degree and I'll let it slide (unless you are just spamming non stop and ignoring warnings to stop).

Notice I let everything slide until you said the comment above and then my response was to kick you and warn you when you came back that enough was enough. You wanted to keep on arguing in game trying to get the last word in (as usual) so I kicked you again.

Kicks = warnings....there was never any ban. Kick means you are crossing a line and if you continue to do so you will be kicked a few times more before a ban is issued.

So again I listed the reasons above why you were kicked and I defend them 100%. It's amazing you have been banned from Heathers, banned from Jenns once already, and banned from the old Jenns several times yet you always seem to think it has nothing to do with you??? What's the pattern here...oh it's you and the attitude man.

So IMO the ocean / tears comment crossed the line thus you were kicked as a warning. That again IMO was not needed and went out of your way to insulting another player on the server. The general bs, qq, noob, sheewhore, etc is fine from time to time because it's just apart of Halo lingo if you will. But there is no need to go out of your way to type something like that that is just negative and not nice.

Funny how you say I had no reason to suspect it was you YET I kicked you for the same attitude. So it wasnt me singling you out since you think I have some grudge against you because I didnt know it was you right? Other admins have access to the chat logs and the rcon command logs and I dont do this to any other person unless they are completely out of line. So while you say I can't admin and I'm abusing powers there is nothing to back it up. There is only me banning and kicking you for attitude. You just can't seem to get that point. Maybe if you did you wouldnt be banned from so many servers.....

So again you were only kicked as a warning and I told you why. There was no ban so no reason to drag this out. However, I can already tell you playing on Jenn's won't last long if you continue to be rude to other players. I could post a ton of stuff from our chat logs under your hash that would back up my claims. I could prolly issue another ban to you alone just on the attack you gave the two SoC players from earlier in the month attacking their religion and God and calling them names and insulting them because of their beliefs...that crap just isnt needed. Play the game, be nice to others, and that's it.

Since your additional responses to this thread were all filled with more disrespect towards me I have decided to delete them, lock this thread, and once again add all three of your hashes to the ban list. One day you will learn to stop disrespecting people. You can make ur argument and point without throwing insult after insult. In-game chat or on Jenn's forums it will not be tolerated. Way to go we just unbanned you and you already found your way back to the ban list. Maybe in this instance we should just follow Heather's lead and perma-ban you to avoid any further hassle since you've proven to be nothing but a headache. Enjoy the break again...when you return AGAIN maybe you'll learn to drop whatever grudge you have against me and stop disrespecting me in the public. No more spirit is a kid, joke, worse admin ever etc. It won't be tolerated.
