In order to become part of the familly, this is mainly what we will be looking at :

1) Best perk level (we ask atleast one 5 or two 4's)
2) General skills (Are you a noob? Do you learn fast?)
3) Past experiences (l4d, cs, etc...)
4) Must be cool, no kids.
