Network The NPC evolving from the city abandoned by a player, will be cleared away as a flat after the server is restarted. Battle: The scouts may trigger a spy war rather than leading to attack the city. Whether to spark a spy war depends on beacon towers and their Informatics levels from both sides. Once a battle reaches 100 rounds, the Defender will win; however, Attacker will not lose all its remaining troops. The remainder of the Attacker’s troop will return back to the city.
