I will keep an updated list of the rules here. Any questions feel free to add 'aswitalski' to your Steam friends and ask...

A general list of rules are:
1) Have fun.
2) Listen to Admins, they probably know what they are talking about.
3) Listen to .:LoC:. members, they also probably know what they are talking about.
4) If you are told to stop doing something, or are told to do something, it would probably be best to listen.
5) Admins don't need a reason to ban you, don't give them an excuse. All we want is to have a good time.

PermaBan Offenses:
1) Hacking. (Instant PermaBan, no warning. Even if I know you and like you.)
2) Racist remarks/comments/etc. and a general lack of respect for others. (Be Nice.)
4) Someone's sexual preference isn't your concern. Don't say anything about it. Period.
3) Name/Tag cloning. (I really hate this. Test me, I beg you.)

Non-PermaBan Offenses:
1) Being generally annoying.
2) Spamming the server. (Mic/Chat/etc.)
3) Spawn Killing. (This means don't kill them in spawn. Wait at least 15 seconds.)
4) NO SKYBOX. (To clarify, do not attack and kill people from outside the normally playable map.)

Kickable Offenses:
1) Whatever we feel necessary.

Other:
1) Admins will try to inform you of your wrongdoings in order to help prevent from having to kick you, ban you, etc. HOWEVER, if you continue and ignore the Admin, we will ban you. If you choose to persist after the first ban, PermaBan is our last option. We don't want to PermaBan you, please don't make us.

Please remember that the votekick and voteban options are always enabled. HOWEVER if I find that you are using this maliciously and for no better reason than to get rid of someone that is playing legitimately you wont be playing here anymore. If you need further clarification on this, ask me about it. I'll be happy to explain that if you votekick/voteban without just cause, I will PermaBan you.

Report ALL admin abuse here.

Thanks and have a nice day,
.:LoC:. Sardonic

Make sure that you have your settings applied correctly. Type these into console.

rate 30000
cl_rate 9999
fps_max 101
cl_updaterate 101
cl_cmdrate 101
ex_interp 0.01

These should give you the best well rounded performance.

This link should help you with your rate questions:

Some more console commands you may find helpful:

cl_crosshairscale "4000"
(scales your crosshairs to a chosen screen resolution.)

cl_crosshaircolor "1"
(I find red crosshairs work best on most backdrops)

cl_radartype "0"
(radar type 0 I find to be the best to use)

cl_showfps "2"
(shows your fps top-right, useful to see how your PC is performing on maps)

net_graph 3
(I use this to see in real time the rates I'm receiving on any particular server)

mp_decals "200"
(I use 200 for the decal value as I like to see bullet holes etc but if you want the best performance set this to "0")

cl_smooth "0"
(I find it runs better with the client smooth disabled but you may find it's better enabled "1")

rate 30000
(Sets the max bytes/sec the host can receive data (Download) this should be increased to 20000+. Low rate settings below 10000 are seen to be illegal rates (rate hacking).

cl_interpolate
Interpolate entities on the client. Changing this setting will give you somewhat of a jumpy screen, so you may want to test this on "1" which should be the default, then "0". (Recommendation - Leave it at the default value unless you are having extreme hitbox issues.)
