List of all the servers [IR] offers as well as ventrillo information.

-Division Section
Here are private areas broken down by rank among [IR]. Only members and above can see these based on rank.

-Steam & Non Steam Board
Chat about your choice of client, or post your app.

-International Revolution Applications
Application forms and instructions for membership, admin, and staff.

-Server & Forum Support
Report hackers or admin abuse, appeal your ban, give feedback, tech support, bug reports and forum requests.

-Off Topic
Talk about music/videos, entertainment, sports, graphics, downloads, or just plain blow off some steam (no pun intended)

3.-The correct use of the forum

The forum is constantly growing and more and more members join all the time. Because of this growth, it is necessary to organize and moderate the forums to avoid excess threads (topics), repeated posts, post out of place, spam and so on. Keeping the site neat and organized prevents new users from getting lost with so many threads.

- SEARCH: The forum has a search engine that works very well, use it.
When you need to start a thread and are not quite sure what are posting about has already been posted, use search. It is often simpler and quicker to read an old thread than start a new one and wait for an answer.
Search is very simple, just click search and type in a keyword of what you want. In seconds, you will get the results.

- TITLE / THREADS: If you have used the search and you haven't found what you sought, start a new thread. Make sure to put a short title but with a more accurate idea as possible of the problem they have.

- POST: When composing a message, avoid using emoticons, or using different color text , this makes reading difficult to the other users.

4.-Behavior

It is essential to avoid being disrespectful to both users and moderators. All moderators of this forum can ban and they will not hesitate to ban anyone who commits a violation. If possible, keep abreast of the rules and always try to maintain a civilized environment.

- ABOUT THE SANCTIONS: Sanctions are applied to the user according to the severity of the insult or disrespect you have with other users and even the moderators. The penalty may be mild or, in many cases, receive a permanent ban on the forum.

- ABOUT SPAM: Spam, in all senses, is strictly prohibited. Anyone who enters the forum to advertise without the consent of the moderators is grounds for sanction.

- ABOUT THE USE / OFFERINGS OF CHEATS: It is forbidden to ask or post any cheats/hacks. The user who does, will be banned permanently from the forum without possibility to recover it's use.

- ABOUT SIGNATURES: Advertising in the signatures, about servers and websites related to CS is strictly prohibited. Users who have an illegal signature must change it immediately. Otherwise, the moderator can edit the signature and even ban them on the forum.

- ABOUT THE POST: Just as with the signatures (as stated in paragraph above) also advertising of both servers and websites related to CS is strictly prohibited. Users who post a message and is advertising a server or website, you must edit your post and remove the advertisement forthwith.
Both cases (with advertising signature and post) are grounds for sanction.
Do not post double or triple in the same post, if that happens, the message will be deleted.
It is the exclusive role of administrators and moderators to respond to unban and ban appeals, don't post in other user's appeal threads.

- ABOUT ADVERTISING ON SERVERS: It is forbidden to advertise any server alien to [IR]. No one user is exempt from this rule.

5.-Moderators

Moderators are the authority of the forum, they monitor the correct use of the forums. They are chosen based on their history of conduct within the forum, and the contribution they make to the community and their way of seeing things objectively.
The only ones who can appoint moderators are Owners and Chief of Staff of the forum.

6.- Administrators

The administrators are the authority of the CS servers, on which depends the smooth running of the game within the servers.

We don't care about the rules of other servers, these are our rules and MUST BE FOLLOWED.
