Mission statement

The Legion of Order exists as a guild to provide an atmosphere of friendship and camaraderie while providing opportunities to experience the highest level of content in the Age of Conan. As a casual raiding guild, we are serious about making continued and meaningful progress throughout the endgame environment, but we move at our own pace. Our focus is on the enjoyment, not the speed, of our progress. We will not sacrifice equality, justice, or friendship in pursuit of our goals. We are friends first, and raiders second.


Conflict Resolution

Any group of people is going to have disagreements. Personalities can and will clash, issues will come up, slights real or imagined will occur. When these conflicts get out of hand drama ensues. Drama needlessly consumes time and energy that could be used elsewhere and can result in losing good people from the guild. In the event of such an occurrence, the officers will step in to resolve the issue.


Responsibility as Members

Reputation matters greatly to the Legion of Order. Please treat your fellow guild members with respect as well as every person you encounter while in-game. A guild is only as good as its members. Blatant disrespect and uncontrollable behavior will not be tolerated and the Guild Leader reserves the right to remove anyone from the guild who acts in such a manner.
