About NF.CREW www.nfcrew.com
Scott and Bryme met in 2002 and soon became instant best friends. After Bryme showing Scott NS back in 2002, Scott wanted to lead a clan for NS. Bryme already had a clan for counter-strike called “nf.crew” so in 2002 Scott took over the Natural Selection branch of the clan as the leader. NF.Crew started being hosted off of Scott’s own personal computer that he built when he was 13. NF.Crew soon grew into something that was too big for Scott to run out of his house. By the end of 2003, NF.Crew had a solid donation base, and was able to get a web server, hosted dedicated server, and a ventrilo sever.

From there Scott started to talk with the developers of the Game and the people that coded the 3rd party plugin’s. Scott working with many developers some to name are (KCE, Whitepanther, mE, The Darkness, Oneeyed, and more) through hosting a server just for the developers of ns, Scott helped contribute to a fair amount of plugins you see today. He also picked up how to code plugins when he worked with the developers. At the end of 2004, NF.Crew had peaked and had over 200 members, and a booming website. NF.Crew became one of the biggest Natural Selection clans in the game, and was getting recognition for it. Soon after people saw how Scott ran his server, and handed over ftp passwords and admin for him to fix / create their servers. Some of these servers where ThC (Toxic Hell Combat) NSA, (Gone Now) and KcK (Kustom Karnage) servers. After his work spread around the NS community, he was recognized in almost every server he went in.

In 2005 NF.Crew was so big, that we separated it. It went to nF (the people that would compete in ANSL / CAL) and NF.Crew | (the regular users that just wanted to join the clan) For a bit nF was involved in CAL, and ANSL but…

In the end of 2006 Scott made an executive call to shut down NF.Crew, and pass it off to the co-leader at the time Rico Suave. This was due to a mistake on his part by allowing too many admins in the server that ruined the reputation of NF.Crew. He also was lacking time in running the clan, and keeping up the server.

After many lessons learned, Scott decided to open back up NF.Crew in 2009. The old NF.Crew still exists, and sits at www.nfcrew.com. They are just a good group of friends now that play mainly natural-selection. Scott is looking forward to NS2, and starting backup NF.Crew to yet once again, to be one of the biggest influences on the NS Community.
