| OcT Is a CS 1.6 Clan created by -".:Scyzthe:][:R3CoN:." (Head of Graphics{made the awesome banner at the top and the enter website button :D}) , "Smoke.` All_^" and "L33tZuck" (Creator of Forum and Thread editor) OcT stand for "ONe CaRN4Ge Team". Initially the creator of the clan was looking for a name that would look and sound good both as the full name and the diminutive. All players part of the OcT Clan play at a low to mid level in CS 1.6. ALL OcT players are required to behave in a responsible and fairplay way. Flaming other players both from the clan and those who aren't is not tolerated in this Clan and anyone doing so repetitively will be punished.
