how o u invite members to squad?

On the GSC Chat box click the bottom left add button.
Then if will let you enter your search criteria.
From there input the user name and click search.
To add the voice chat to your list you can search it out by Mystic Chat or you can input the ip and port. If you need that please message MissLotus or LadyFairy.

Sometimes you need to sign-out of your chat and then back in for it to update.

Can you guys take care of the double general discussion?

There is not double general discussion. What you see on the main page is recent posts. If you click the forum button we have a general discussion and a welcome section. I posted the welcome section in hopes that people would use it to get to know one another.
